      Glad you're back on the road, Alex. I broke my ankle 15 months ago and have been fighting to get my running game back in form. Nice pace for a recovery workout as well.

  6. "How's your training going?" Mine was going on fine until I decided to go out for a run and was limping towards my sneakers. Ankle fail! Icing now.

      @Michelle, thanks for asking. It's feeling way better than yesterday. Had it in a brace all day. I was able to climb up and down 4 flight of stairs at home (no elevator) and 5 flights at work (also no elevator). So looking great so far. Might test it out on a run tomorrow. How's your calf?

      I am liking this swim workout...might have to copy it for myself ;) Did you do intervals for the main set, or just a straight 1k? Also, what drills do you like the best? I try to do a few 100yds of drills, and never know what one's are best to do for form.
