    It was so gorgeous outside today during my walk along the river. WOW! It made me want to run. :-)

    this was Saturday's run. sorry.

    so i'm tired of hurting and i'm not sure why i'm hurting. i think it must be my shoes. i need new shoes.

    wanted to do more but had to get to a thing at 7:30p so had to stop and shower and dress and what not. but my legs were hurting anyway.

    Mostly walking because i hurt my hams by not warming up properly and basically pushing it too much. I had to stop and stretch like 3 times. But I was proud of myself, yeah boy.
