    Ran first four miles around Williamsburg and ran second half at the track - 8 miles. First half in 45 minutes and second half in 38 minutes - woooo for negative splits!

    It was going well until I turned around on the bridge and fell directly on my knee. Awesome. Don't think it is too bad but I also don't think I will be running today like I had planned.
