    Gorgeous morning. Nothing better than running on a day like this. Ankle and foot held up today after hurting yesterday. I'm clearly walking on thin ice, but it did feel good today.

      I understand completely. I envy those who can just RUN, and don't need to do all the maintenance crap. That said, we are lucky we can run (referring to your post from Marathon Monday, I'm so happy you're okay!).
