I LOVE running in Seneca. It's just such a great park to get around in--especially the loop :). Great work today and I'm glad your sis could run parts of it. We had our track practice with the kids after school and I was worried it'd be a bit cold/windy, but once we got running with them it was really nice. Glad you got to enjoy it.

Hydration is definitely key, especially with the rising temps. Way to get the nearly 3 in! Tired legs suck, I just resign myself to my pace stinking when I have them.

Hydration is EVERYTHING Alexis! And, well, REST is ESSENTIAL!! Both of which sounds like they contributed to your run. The body needs energy to run. Rest & water are equally as important as food, maybe even more so. Sounds like you need to figure out a system that works for you with your new shift. It may be hard, but it CAN be done :) Setting that alarm is a GOOD start! Nice thinking! And, way to go out there :)) awesome pushing thru :)
