I woke up SO SORE today from my first bodypump class in a few weeks yesterday and really- was so sore all day that I thought this run was, quite frankly going to be diabolical! Pleasant surprise that once I warmed up I felt great and got my run done on target pace. Yey! Feel short of miles and activity this week but think it could be because I've been couped up in the house all day and working out at night. Roll on spring!

Now I have stopped and stretched out I STILL a feel crazy sore but rest day tomorrow so hope to feel okay for my long run on Sunday.
