First run since Sunday. Took Tuesday as a rest day instead of doing speed workout at the gym as I felt tired. I hope my longest run ever doesn't backfire and wipe me out. Calf felt tight and stopped mid run to have a fellow MRTT buddy give it a rub!! The things we get our brf's to do right!! Took a along hot bath when I got some with some Epsom salts and will see how it is in the morning as I want to do my long run before the stupid low temperatures hit on Sunday.
