    Set the pace at 3.5 and incline at 5% to warm up. After 3mins, switched the incline to 10% and walked until I burned 600cals, then dropped the incline back down to cool off.

    Warmed up for 3mins @ 5% incline, then bumped it up to 10% and kept it there until I burned 400 calories. Finished with weights for 20 mins working my arms.
