      Yes. I have one guy that I've kept, but the rest I pretty much ignore. I don't like friending people I don't know.

      I get tons of them. I usually ignore them unless they've sent me a personal message with the request (unless it's skeevy) or I'll consider it if they're local. First thing I check is the number of friends someone has. I'm not interested in being collected by a friend whore.

    I started the new week of podrunner, but it felt really good! It was definitely pushing me and I did all of it! yay!

    I can tell my back and chest are getting stronger! and I did 22 sit-ups straight! This is a HUGE improvement considering about 2 months ago I could do maybe 8 and it would hurt my groin. :)

    I don't like running on the treadmill, and I was trying to do the podrunner intervals, and its way too difficult to do on the treadmill.. trying to change the speed all the time.. ugh..

      weellll... the podrunner intervals is a podcast you can download off itunes and put it on your ipod! or you can google it and I think you can download it to other mp3 things.

      As for the short legs, you can still do it! just take comfortable steps to the beat!
