  1. FIT
    good Pilates video! 00:30

It was tough! My core is very weak! I liked it though because it felt like dance/stretch, and I really enjoy those things.

  2. FIT
    good Housework! 01:00

cleaned the entire kitchen, did 2 loads of laundry and packed the book shelf and the desk. woot!

I'm getting faster! I used to only go 1.5 miles in 29 minutes. I have increased half a mile! woot! It was a little chilly out, so my lungs hurt a little towards the end, but overall was a good... read more

    alright Yoga/pushups/leg raises 00:30

The yoga tape SUCKED. It was one of those ridiculous ones that was all about "cleansing your aura." There were only like 3 moves that actually worked anything, and one of them I couldn&#x... read more

Yes. I have one guy that I've kept, but the rest I pretty much ignore. I don't like friending people I don't know.

I get tons of them. I usually ignore them unless they've sent me a personal message with the request (unless it's skeevy) or I'll consider it if they're local. First thing I check is the number of friends someone has. I'm not interested in being collected by a friend whore.

    great Push-up and sit-ups and stret... 00:15:00

I can tell my back and chest are getting stronger! and I did 22 sit-ups straight! This is a HUGE improvement considering about 2 months ago I could do maybe 8 and it would hurt my groin. :)

Good job! Are you doing the 100 push-ups or 200 sit-ups challenges? I did the push-ups one last year. I started off barely being able to do five, but by the end I really was doing 100. My arms were ripped. It was great! I really want to do it again (and keep up with it), but I'm waiting on my wrist to cooperate.

  11. FIT
    good Sit-ups, push-ups, back workout 00:20

Well, I started with push-ups and my back instantly gave out. Having a baby really screwed up my back. So I have to work really hard to re-strengthen it. I did some inclineish back workey-outey thi... read more

hmmm... maybe once you've done it a couple times and know what speed to put it at it won't be so bad... :)

weellll... the podrunner intervals is a podcast you can download off itunes and put it on your ipod! or you can google it and I think you can download it to other mp3 things.

As for the short legs, you can still do it! just take comfortable steps to the beat!
