    Needed to burn off steam after a hard day parenting, and the JCC closes early Fri nights for the sabbath. Felt good to sprint around the neighborhood once!

    Starting to feel seriously gyped by my ipod. Kyle ran together and his ipod said 10.1 while mine said 8.6. And so I am trusting his ipod and rounding my distance up! Next time I'll count laps.

      how many laps did you do? 36 laps at the pettit is just over 10 miles.

      Ugh - so frustrating! My iPod and the treadmill were disagreeing today, too. Makes me wonder...... but what a nice surprise to find you've done an extra mile?!

    Couldn't make myself do 10 mi in these circumstances, even though that's what I should be doing. Ugh, Spring cannot come soon enough.
