    2.6 mile run from my parents to the in-laws. Plenty of hills to stress the body and my brother as a running partner. Slow pace to start, but we kicked it in over the last 2 miles.

    105 Pushups (5 sets of 21). This was more chore than joy tonight. Doing pushups after a long day and being sleep deprived was a b!tch. Pace and form were solid, but the energy level was way down.

    121 Push ups in 5 sets. Week 4 Day 1 of the Hundred Push Up Challenge. Felt really good after a long day. Pacing and form were excellent.

      I plan on starting the 100 push up challenge, 200 squat and 200 sit up. Going to start these tomorrow. probably do the sit ups and squats opposite of my running days so Im not over doing it.

      5 sets ... 22, 30, 20, 20, 28.
      I could probably max out at 40 right now. 100 consecutive pushups seems like a very distant goal.

      Good job!! I do all my pushups on an exercise ball now and roll it forward after each pushup to get the abs. I saw this on running worlds website and it works really well.

    good 118 Pushups in 5 Sets

    First four sets went good. Set 2 called for 30 which I did, but I had to pause at the top a few times. I missed the fifth set goal of 28 as my arms died at 26. I will redo week 3 again.

    4 miles on the Rail Trail in my Vibram 5 Finger shoes. This was my first run in minimalist footwear and it went good. The pace was quicker than my typical run in sneakers.
