good Memorial Park 2.02 mi
Hot and humid. Two miles at about 10:45 pace as I get back into finding my 'running legs'. I'm happy to get under 11-minute mile as last week 12-minute miles were feeling rough.

Run around town and through Memorial Park, where I had a close encounter with a skunk. I saw him from a distance and took a detour to stay at a safe distance.

Slow run around the edge of town. Energy levels really dropped off after the 4-mile mark.

Running side streets around town with heart rate monitor. Perfect weather for running as long as I stayed in the shade.
