What a workout, did some more speed training!! First mile warm up at 10 pace, second mile 7:24 pace, 1/2 mile jog next mile 7:24 pace, 1/2 mile jog, next mile 7:24 pace, last mile cool down at 9:30. Overall felt good, back to back speed workouts are tough!! Day off tomorrow looking forward to it!!!
