      Al; That's a good point few or none have brought up. My Garmin 305 is the absolute device, but there are just days when I don't want to get out there without my Walkman. Really a good training aid too-I tend to run faster to certain rips, etc.

      Thanks Tim...I've never owned a Garmin, but so many use them..and I always here good things about them...what are some of the benefits of this unit.

      Al; The 305 compiles a lot of information. Distance, time, pace, gives you map graphics with your Garmin Training Center; compiles all the database for analysis and it comes with a heart rate monitor too. Pretty good tool.
