Dropped off the bike, fuelled up and was out for the run. I wasn't sure what pace to go at actually. I thought I might go at a 140-150 heart rate, but I wanted to push the time so went on pace instead. People were looking at me a bit weird running at 11pm on a Friday night... but hey ho, we do what we can when we can, or just whenever the fancy catches us :)
Splits were:
8:56, 7:56, 7:36, 7:32, 6:56, 1:34.
I pushed myself quite hard so I was pleased with that :) Just managed to get it all done before the end of my birthday so all good :D
Stretched out for a bit, swung the kettlebell, rubbed in some thai deep heat oil stuff, and I'm ready for bed!
