Did my interval runs today and felt great. 6.0 for 3 minutes, 6.5 for 2 minutes, 7.0 for 2 minutes, 9.0 for 1 minute and another 7.0 for 2 minutes. Walked in between each for a few minutes at around 3.5 mph until heart rate was down in the 120s.
