    Despite the frigid 25 degrees out, had a great walk in the super hilly neighborhood. Feel good all around except for a stiff back (guess I'm getting old).

    Been a looong time since I hit the gym, but quickly got back to my 30 minute treadmill routine. Walking for 15 min at around 4.0 mph and then jogging for 15 at 5.0.

    Getting back into my routine. 30 minute workout (plus 5 cool down). Mix of walking at 4.0 and jogging at 5.0. Got up to about 12 min jogging today, which is more than I thought I'd make.

      Thanks, Don. Stress is definitely a killer. Work was insane (just launched our new website) so was working long hours, little sleep and lots of stress. Getting sick was inevitable. :)
