    Noticeably better than Monday, but had a little PF twinge in the left foot when I started

    Ran after work. Not as easy as I'd hoped. Footfalls felt heavy in the new shoes, and I felt the most minor of knee twinges. Some calf tightness afterwards. Feet felt pretty good, I think.

      Whoa baby! That's fantastic. Seems most people are satisfied running 26 miles for their first-over-20-mile run. Congratulations! Did you run barefoot?
