    Recovery run to home depot and back. Stopped for 2 cheese hotdogs and onion rings on the turn around. Surprisingly, no stomach issues.

  17. ~ 4 mile walk today. Swelling finally starting to go down. Acupuncture session tomorrow then I'm leaving town for the North Face Gortex 50 in NY this weekend!

    ~ 4 mile walk to/from campus during finals week. Walking really helped reduce the swelling in my legs and feet.

      I used to live in Blacksburg, VA (about 42 miles west of Roanoke). Seeing you pics made me think about my good ol' days in the Old Dominion. Sounds like you had a blast, and thanks for filling us in! WTG.

    It's not a good fit for my feet but I think minimal/barefoot running has its benefits for those suited for it!
