    W1D1. First training run for Rocky Raccoon 100M! Splits: 9:51, 9:54. Pace was faster than expected (after 9 months without running) but I stopped a lot. Moderate effort. 86*

    Pyramid workout. 2-3-4-3-2 laps with 1 lap active recovery (2 laps for 4 laps) at slightly faster than mile pace. comfortably hard effort. rec hall indoor track

    3rd run for the morning. Ran 5 laps easy pace in the rec hall indoor track (0.73 miles). Got stuck occasionally behind the running class students.

    Easy treadmill workout. Started at around 11:30 pace and dropped it by about 10 seconds every minute till I reached 8:57 pace. Surprised the gym wasn't packed.

    Ran to the ag. admin building for lab before stopping for breakfast, then running to the gym to run some more before track practice. Easy effort. No pain or anything.
