First run back after taking a break from training (I am working 3 jobs currently). Stamina wasn't great - stopped often but I'm in better shape than I thought I'd be in.

Pyramid workout. 2-3-4-3-2 laps with 1 lap active recovery (2 laps for 4 laps) at slightly faster than mile pace. comfortably hard effort. rec hall indoor track

3rd run for the morning. Ran 5 laps easy pace in the rec hall indoor track (0.73 miles). Got stuck occasionally behind the running class students.

Easy treadmill workout. Started at around 11:30 pace and dropped it by about 10 seconds every minute till I reached 8:57 pace. Surprised the gym wasn't packed.
