Last long run before #LetTheWookieWin Star Wars half -- eeek! This one was slow because 1) I didn't want to run outside for the whole run -- too cold, 2) our treadmill craps out if I run more than about 6 miles SO, I did 5.3 on the treadmill, then WALKED outside for 3.5, then finished 2 miles on the treadmill. The time on the treadmill was closer to 16:30 min/mile, which is just a bit slower than my hoped-for race pace. So, I'm happy.
