c25k, week ?
I'm doing my own version of c25k now. My goal is to grow the first interval slowly, ultimately getting that first interval to over 20 minutes (but, shhhhhh, don't tell my body that!).
Today I did 5 minute warm up, then 8 minute jogs with 2-minute walks until I got home. I finished almost three 8-minute jogs, but not quite. Next time I'm going to try 9-minute intervals.
