I can't say it went any better than Friday. I at least talked myself out of cutting it short. My legs are much better than Friday, but somehow, I just couldn't get them to run any more than Friday. I ended up walking quite a bit.
I think I may need to try a modification this next week. It's not working for me to go straight into a 20 or 22-minute interval. So...maybe next time I'll try three 8-minute intervals with a 1 or 2-minute walk. That would give me more running time, but also give me the short walks to look forward to (and to push toward).


I like to see you modifying and really listening to what you think you are capable of and then pushing yourself with the new goal. Proud of you, Barb!
