Ugh. I can't call this an utter failure, because I actually got out and tried it. However, I'm going to have to tell my trainer that if he wants me to run, then we're going to have to lay off the "blaster squats"! (I don't remember what he called them, but this is what they looked like: http://www.davedraper.com/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/PmWiki/ZaneBlasterSquats ... I did them with at least 60 lbs of weight).
My legs still hurt from my workout on Wednesday, so about 10 minutes in, I *had* to walk. Kept jogging as I could, but it started to feel like my legs would seize up, so I walked more than I wanted to.
I think I'll rest tomorrow and try this same one again on Sunday.
