Two 8-minute jogs separated by a 5-minute walk. It really helped that THE HILL came during the walk. But I did it!
And I've developed a strategy for week 5 day 3, which is a single 20-minute jog. I'm afraid that THE HILL will kill it for me, so I'm going to jog to the white mailbox on THE HILL, then give myself permission to walk up the rest of the hill, then continue. If I wait until I can consistently get up THE HILL *and* keep running, I'll probably be on week 5 for a while. I'm just going to respect THE HILL, and know that at some point I'll be able to get up it, but I'm not going to let it keep me back.


Respect the hill. Good plan. I'm proud of you.
