Oof. Today's workout was three 5-minute jog intervals separated by 3-min walks. The middle 5-min interval came on THE HILL....and I just couldn't quite make it to the top, so I ended up walking the rest of that interval. Sigh. Made the other intervals, though, which felt good.


It's okay to walk on the hills - glad to see you decided to move on! :)
