My BFF and I were supposed to run together today, but her asthma was acting up, so I continued on to day 3 of week 4. And this time I made it!
So here's the question...do I proceed to week 5 since I managed to do week 4, or do I repeat week 4 one more time to get more comfortable with it? Thoughts??


If you are doing the program with your friend, it sounds like she may need to repeat week 4. If not, it sounds to me like you are ready to move on! Either way, just don't stop - you are incredible!

My friend was just visiting - she's actually on week 2, so we would have done that today.
