What's that? c25k week 3, day 1? You are my bitch!

Leaving Montreal this morning for the in-laws where there is no treadmill and icy conditions outside, so I wanted to get in one more run. Today was week 3, day 1 - no more actual running time than week 2, but configured so there were a couple 3-minute running intervals. The second one was hard, but I did it! Yay me! I'm looking forward to trying this on the road at home and seeing how it goes.
