    Gary loved the ball today - obliques on the ball, push-ups w/legs on the ball, planks with legs on the ball, donkey kicks on the ball, crunches on the ball. I was tired of that ball!

    Well, not my best, but I was consciously trying to take it slow. I did my normal 30-30 intervals for most of it, though I walked most of the last mile. No matter, the miles are done.
