    1 mile warm up followed by 10x400 sprints. I kept my pace between 7:30-8:30. I felt very strong! Great run tonight.

    2.5 miles on the treadmill followed by circuit training... Then, off to run camp with the BDP! 5 mile run with the crew. I think warming up at the gym has really helped out these past few weeks!

    Ran killa hilla this morning then decided to hit the gym tonight. Warmed up a mile on the treadmill followed by a pretty intense spin class. I think I got my cardio in :)

    Started off at the gym. Ran a two mile warm up then circuit training. 10x400 repeats at yokuts with my BDP crew. Great workout. I think the gym warm up helped my run!

    good Speed work tonight! 3.68 mi

    Warm up with some hills followed by 8x400's with short rest in between. Didn't run them real hard because my hip has been feeling a lot better, and I didn't want to risk it.

    Went out super slow and took it real easy. I have been struggling with a bit of a hip injury for the past few weeks, and I didn't want to make it worse.

    5x1000's with 2 minute rest at 5k pace. Both of my ankles hurt in the beginning of the run... I should probably stop weaing heels to work everyday.
