    Beautiful day! Great to run with my sister :) Rushed home to get to netball training and my tyre was flat :( Guess I'm not going to training today!

    Heavy legs after netball last night but made easier running with a friend. A couple of showers were quite refreshing and a bit of fun :)

      Tigra, netball is a sport... kind of like basketball I guess. I play for lots of teams, including my university. I've finished school! :)

    Finally learnt that I don't need to go flat out every km of every run. Instead just chilling out and focusing on my form :) Even turned the tunes off for a bit today. Feeling good!

    great Easy run to test out the ITB. 9.24 km 00:53 09:16 pace

    I did it!! No ITB pain for the first time in agesssssss!! And the run felt easyyy and gooooood and I'm so happpyyyyyy! Fingers crossed things can stay this way :):)

      Hey Tigra :) Yeah it had been niggling for ages but I didn't really understand it, and ran (hobbled) through it during my half marathon a month ago which I think put me back a long way. Supposed to be running a full marathon in 5 weeks time but I think I'm going to have to scrap that :( :( Baby steps though hey..

      Take care Airley. & don't worry I'm babystepping as well these days. Tendinitis, but did get the green light 2 run as long as I stop b4 hitting the pain barrier. :)
      It's a lot like running on a tight leash, but I'm gratefull I can still go on my adventures.
      Yeaaaaah 5 weeks doesn't seem enough time 2 build it back up. Take it slow & next chance you get rock 3 times as hard? :)
