    Starting the week off right. Getting my fitness back finally. Two months ago at this same avg heart rate, my paces were about 1 minute/mile slower than now.

      Probably a half marathon in Ft. Lauderdale in the middle of February. I doubt I'll be in shape to PR, but it'll be good to do a longer race again. I'm slowly getting back to where I was....taking a while!
