One hour was my training with Pilates Anytime (level 3), one hour with my Trim Gym students (level 2/3) and one hour with the kiddos of King's Ranch (failed adoption orphanage). Blessed by all.

My favorite spin instructor is the one who pushes me harder than I will ever push myself. The ones who coddle & say "do this if you want or do whatever you feel like..." are the ones who's class I will skip.
