    Feeling great but my left shoulder is still tweaked. Hurts worse with certain movements but a constant low, dull ache. Muscle? Nerve? Overuse?

    Felt good. Played around with incline for heart rate intervals but kept steady pace. Goal accomplished.

      My abs are not up to par with the rest of me--not horrible, but not that good either. I tend to avoid ab workouts if I want to run because they make me stiff.
