Met This Goal:To move (cycle/walk) 500 miles in 365 days~New Goal is to make *daily movement* a habit~1.29 miles a morning, every morning~cycling on weekends.
full marathon, faster than the last one.
Running my second half in 2013.
Enjoy the outdoorsy active Colorado lifestyle by walking and hiking in the mountains, and become a ski bum before the knees give out.
1) To get faster (currently about an 11 min/mile)
2) To stop the 5:1 walk ratio and run it all!
3) AND to run a FULL marathon in 2011! (I need help!)
