      I am repeating every week 3 times for the first 2 months, then twice. So shouldn't be too much too soon. Just hoping the snow and ice stay away so that I can get faster at the same distances

  2. forgot to log my workouts but with the snow I haven't been running for over 10 days. Went weekly to Pilates though.

    back to Pilates after the holidays.
    Had another teacher. Wasn't too sure about the teacher but eventually it was a good lesson. Felt my abs the next day....

    I struggled getting out of bed and struggled with the run. I seem to be much better running later in the day.
    Still did it:

    Then walked back home.

      Good decision, Anne. Don't push to get to higher run numbers, and don't hesitate to scale run intervals back. It's a long process to come back.

    lots of hip and external rotator stretches. Bit of foot work, abs and back.
    Good session. Unfortunately was the last one before the week of Jan 7th as the studio is closing :-(

      Yeah it's a bummer. Most classes finish here between Xmas and ny and generally only restart the first full week of Jan. definitely have a date in the diary for next session in jan. and in the meantime will just be running.

  16. ouch am aching after osteopath treatment. Need to do special hip stretches 3 times a day holding anywhere between 5-10 mins each time!!!! Could barely hold 1 while trying.
