Tonight I started training for a mountain run in two weeks. Hard to say how far I ran, but I kept it going for about 45 minutes. Ran the toboggan back and forth till I hit the bottom, then slowly made my way up. People were looking at me like I was nuts and I probably looked ridiculous, but whatever works? Took off down a side trail for a bit, but turned around because it was getting dark and did not feel like getting lost. lol Nice run though and very tough! Loved it! Guesstimated distance.
