Question for you: How much sleep do you actually manage to squeeze in a night? With increased mileage I can feel my body asking for more sleep but with a busy schedule it gets really hard to manage

Hey Tyler! I get about 7 hours a night. I also try to squeeze in a nap before Tuesday track workouts. My life is pretty much fueled by coffee. I have some before almost every run. ;) It is hard to manage, and if I am really wiped, I will skip the gym for the week. I read in runner's world that a lot of times, your body isn't tired, its just your mind that's tired. I try to think of that too. HTH. :)
