    Thanks Bob- I have 3x2mile repeats in 11:50 with 4:00 rest in between. 10 miles total. Not really looking forward to this one. :)

    5 weeks to go!! So exciting! Good luck with that track workout tonight. I know you will knock out those miles. My #1 goal is 1:38 and #2 is 1:39. My half PR is still 1:40 so I'll be happy with anything less, but my training hasn't been that great lately so I'm nervous. When you were at my level did you maintain high mileage all year round or just when actually training for a marathon?
