      Read your blog post on the event; admire your courage as well as your strong goal orientation, my friend. 10-10-10 was "something else" for everyone who ran in that event. Don't think any of us will forget that day. Best of success with your future plans and events.

    Felt so good to run in my hometown, leaves are changing, the weather is beautiful! All the smells remind me of growing up here! Matt rode a bike with me and I enjoyed showing him around.

      great race this weekend!@!! I have several friends that ran the Lakefront last weekend in Milwaukee - they said it was a very fast course!

      I've run the Lakefront myself! It is a fast course...not that I was fast! Very cool!

    3.5 warm-up, 4 x 1600 w/ 2:00 rest in between 6:30, 6:20, 6:10, 6:00. My favorite track workout of the entire training cycle! I love this one! :) 4 days....

    4 miles warm-up 12 x 400 progressives with 200 jogs in between. Not super fast, just nice and easy- started at 89's down to 83's. 1.25 mile cool down

    Did 1 min pick-ups @ GMP at every mile beginning @ mile 8. Legs are feeling beat up, took an ice bath and now its taper time! Time to rebuild and recover!!!

    Last hill work before Chicago. Did 6 flat to warm up around the mountain as it was still very dark out. Mountain lions, rattlesnakes, and javelina, Oh my! ;)
