  3. greatTrack practice 10 mi / 01:06 06:37 pace

    3.25 mile warm-up, 3x2miles @ 5:50pace with 4:00 rest in between, .75 mile cool down. Felt really strong down to the last 3 laps of my 3rd repeat.

      I'm wish I had hills/mountains to run on like that where I live. Always sounds like such a great workout. What distance/when is Heartbreak?

      Way to get that 20 miler done!!! and UP a mountain!?! You are incredible. So funny, the people we were hanging out with last night just moved here from Phoenix and were talking about how they miss South Mountain park. It sounds so pretty!

    Recovery run w/ Terri. Mark and Matt joined us on bikes, made the 10 miles easier!

    5 miles warm up, 5 miles @ 6:12 pace, 5 miles cool down. Really tough workout again. Stomach was completely off and the last 3 miles were brutal. The 6:12's were ok, though I feel like I cheated as I had a LONG (2 min) stoplight in the middle of them. ... read more
