3.25 mile warm-up, 3x2miles @ 5:50pace with 4:00 rest in between, .75 mile cool down. Felt really strong down to the last 3 laps of my 3rd repeat.

It was gorgeous out! I actually got in a little 3 mile recovery run AND got my booty to the gym. Can you BELIEVE it!!! LOVIN this weather!

Way to get that 20 miler done!!! and UP a mountain!?! You are incredible. So funny, the people we were hanging out with last night just moved here from Phoenix and were talking about how they miss South Mountain park. It sounds so pretty!
