Definitely getting sick - cut the run short because of coughing fits and wanting to take it easy on the achilles.
'Tis the season for upper respiratory crud. Now if only people on BART would cover their faces when coughing or sneezing, it might help a little bit.


I hear you, a lot of sick people out there, just waiting for my turn.

I'm in the same boat as you with a wicked cough .. just not as smart as you - I shouldn't have ran as far as I did today. Get well.

I know how you feel, my taper was a little overboard because of it. Feeling OK today - quads sore, toes blistered, but otherwise doing better than after previous marathons.
