First non-Newton run in a while. My alignment and overall posture seems to have improved after a week in the Newtons. I was able to maintain better form with more consistent foot strike than normal in my Mizunos.
The one thing I did notice was a slight wobble at the ankle on some footfalls. That could be due to the fact that my left one is still a little off after my detour through a pothole last week - or some supportive feature in the Newtons that isn't present in my other shoes...
