I just started back stair climbing in my office building for knee therapy and balancing out my legs. I'm looking forward to building up multiple sets.

I had a surgery also a few years ago. I will try for sure and let you know. How long do you train on stairs for. How many times a week? Thank you :-) I wish you all the best

I just started it this week. My surgery was in November of last year and I have just gotten where I could walk down stairs about a month ago.

It's good. He just edit it and made my workouts more high intensity and shorter. Not to many changes. He really liked how I created my program. The whole point now is to follow it. :)18 days ago • Like

on the 9th mile i stopped and went to bathroom line was long. i waited 17 min deducting 17.36 min from my time. :)
