marathon dreams crushed... so I'm back to maintenance running... keeping the steak alive - day 27. Also busted out 3 - 60 second planks (2 minutes of rest between each). Going to focus more on cross and strength training now that I've been told (by my body) that a March marathon just isn't going to work.
