Cedars of Lebanon Frostbite Half

Mixed emotions on this one. Beautiful race course with a nice sprinkling of hills and the race definitely lived up to its name because it was coldddddd. This park would be a perfect pace to train once I recover completely, but today's half was just too much too soon for me. Still it was fun running somewhere new and hanging with my running buddies. Going to take it easy next week and cross train instead.

I heard it was a tough course and I'm sure the 6 miles of gravel paths did not help you any! Glad you had a good time!
