alright Gym Treadmill 3 mi

Foot felt much better after doing yoga and soaking in epsom salts. Unfortunately, I foolishly ate almost an entire bag of Reese's Pieces prior to this run. Not the best idea, but I managed to squeeze out 3 miles. Sometimes you learn the hard way. =)
