      J'étais en mode « molo-guérissons-des-bobos» depuis mon 70.3 en juin, mais depuis dimanche, je suis en effet plus que dûe pour un retour! J'essaie seulement de le faire progressivement pour pouvoir en profiter longtemps!!

    Walk - run again. Tried earlier, but already 31° at 7h45... Ah well, at least I moved, and sweated like crazy!

    40° felt like 46°, mid-morning! Feet burning in our shoes! Saw lots of gators, turtles, fishes, giant grasshoppers, many birds. Hot as hell, but very entertaining!

    Not easy! 35° felt like 45°... Tough to breath. Let down by my crew who decided to throw and catch a ball while I struggle on this turtleish «run» ;) God the pool felt good afterwards!
