alright Woolmarket Duathlon 4 mi

3 mile run @ beginning. 1 mile after bike. Super humid, hot, hills, & direct sun. 90ish degrees , thought I would fry on that blacktop. I started getting chills early on. I had been xtra hydrating all week and xtra xtra yesterday but oh well, I survived:) Ankle did fine. Run @ end was brutal and was looong incline to finish. I didnt finish as well as I hoped but 1:13 isnt that bad for my first duathlon, first clipped in ride, and 1st time riding the bike I was on...I dont suppose.
