good testing the ankle/heel 3.5 mi

Rode and ran a half mile. Ankle/heel feeling better but still sore. I did rest most of day, ice, compression, and KT taped that sucker. I think it will be ok for race, so shall see. I also put my big girl panties on- I switched bikes tonight, clipping in for race. I figure im wing'n this whole thing so wth.... Have to get my butt up @3:45 in morning so im headed to bed.
