”death by pullups”
pullups done each minute. Have a full minute to complete but starts w/ 1 pullup @min one. 2 pullups for minute two. 3 pullups for three, and keeps going until u can no longer get out all the pullups required for full minute. I made it to round 12 plus 9 on 13th minute. Total of 87. I would have made 13 but my hand busted and I didnt want to rip them to pieces on a Monday. I lead the board for noon WOD, but a 20 yr fooball guy got me by 10 ...darn the youth haha. I did however get a few more than a fireman and one in active military, so I'd call that success lol. I love me some pull ups.
I'll be hitting a few more wkouts later, taking my boys to the pool for a bit.
