Thanks everyone!! @Kyra, I can totally tell by my other wkouts when its time to start picking it up again. I've learned also when its time to back off a bit when I want to make gains at the box. I will prob have a slight decline in progress for a few weeks there, but then it will be rewarded. Body cycles are very interesting for sure!
