    Great run from my grandma's house in St. George. I never realized how hilly hey neighborhood is! The perfect weather and lower elevation made it not too bad though. The stars were amazing!

    Snow Canyon Half Marathon. New PR! This course was much steeper than I expected, but it was beautiful! I felt great for most of it, but got tired on all the small hills towards the end. Great race!

    Ran one of my absolute favorite trails today, the Union Pacific Rail Trail! My quads aren't used to that much downhill. I may be in trouble at the Snow Canyon Half in a few weeks!
