No watch. Legs are tired so I took it slow today. The same calf and hamstring as before are a little sore so I'm not going to push it.

Windy! There was a 2 mile uphill stretch with the wind blowing hard in my face; I considered walking numerous times, but I'm proud of myself for pushing through it.
